Basmah Ahmed Alomari

Basmah Ahmed AlOmari is a Product Manager at Tamkeen Technologies since September 2021, specializing in the analysis of technical tickets and management of cross-functional teams addressing technical challenges. Previously, Basmah served as Operations and Performance Manager at HRDF, focusing on process analysis and simplification. A former Team Leader for the Fast Track team at HRDF - KSA, Basmah coordinated data collection across multiple departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Basmah's career began as a Customer Service Operator at the National Center for Performance Measurement, contributing to the development of a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Basmah also holds a Diploma in Programming from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
