Saleh Bin Thani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Saleh is currently the Chief Executive Officer at CX Saudi, a customer experience organization. Prior to that, they worked at Tamkeen Technologies as the Director of Customer Experience, where they managed the activities of the client success team for private and emerging sectors. Saleh also held positions such as Senior Manager, Senior Executive Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager at Tamkeen Technologies.
Before joining Tamkeen Technologies, Saleh worked at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development as the General Manager of Customer Service. Saleh was responsible for maintaining effective customer service throughout the organization. Additionally, they have experience working at the National Entrepreneurship Institute as the GM of financial and administrative affairs and the Human Resources Director.
Earlier in their career, Saleh held positions at Emirates NBD as the Manager of Local Shares Unit, Al Rajhi Bank as a Brokerage Supervisor, and The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB as an Assistant Branch Manager.
Through their various roles, Saleh has gained expertise in customer experience management, customer success, account management, business development, and customer service.
Saleh Bin Thani has a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from King Saud University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Saleh later pursued a Master's degree in Investment Management at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also obtained a Professional Certificate in Investment Management from the Investment and Finance Institute. In terms of additional certifications, Saleh has a variety of qualifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Leadership, Motivation, and Communication from Informa. In 2018, they received certifications in Successful Sales Performance and Account Management from London Training for Excellence, a Certificate of Program on negotiation from Harvard Law School, and Digital Marketing Skills from Google. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Strategic Marketing, Brand Management & Public Relations from London Training for Excellence. Furthermore, in 2011, Saleh received the HR Management, Development & OD Certified Specialist certification from the American Council for Accredited Certification. In 2009, they obtained the General Securities Qualification Certificate - CME1 from the Capital Market Authority. Finally, in 2008, they received a Professional Certificate in Investment Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
