Ahmed al Ghatam

Ahmed Al Ghatam has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Management and Operations at Tamkeen since February 2020. Previously, Ahmed held various leadership roles within Tamkeen, including Director of Talent Management & Operations and Director of Human Resources & Administration. In addition to contributions at Tamkeen, Ahmed has been a Partner at Westwood Management since June 2014 and served as Chief of Studies and Evaluation at the Civil Service Bureau - Bahrain from March 2016 to February 2020. Ahmed's career began in investments as a Senior Associate at Global Banking Corporation from June 2008 to June 2014. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University College of Bahrain, completed in 2006.
