Reem al Alawi

Reem Al Alawi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law and regulation. Currently serving as the Chief Legal and Monitoring Officer at Tamkeen since January 2022, Reem has held significant positions at Tatweer Petroleum from November 2012 to January 2022, including General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Reem’s career also includes a role as a Legal Officer at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain from November 2009 to November 2012 and a position in the Legal and Regulatory Department at Batelco from October 2008 to October 2009. Academic credentials include an LLM in International Commercial Law and a BA in Law and Business Administration from the University of Kent.
