Eddie Kramer

Eddie Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the defense sector, currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Leader at TAMKO since June 2022. With over 15 years in the United States Navy, Eddie has held various roles, including Assistant Program Manager for submarines and Deputy Director of Submarine Escape and Survivability at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Additional experience includes a focus on cost, schedule, and performance management as Deputy Principal at PEO Carriers and leadership in complex naval ship overhaul projects. Eddie holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University, along with multiple degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
