JP Shaw has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, primarily with TAMKO. Since September 2010, JP has served as an Automation Engineering Technician, contributing to process improvement and overseeing maintenance as a Maintenance Supervisor. Prior to this role, from 1998 to 2010, JP held positions including LRL Maintenance Lead, Controls Technician, and Electrician, showcasing a strong foundation in electrical systems and maintenance operations. JP is a graduate of Phillipsburg High School.
