Shyla Blackketter Dwyer

Shyla Blackketter Dwyer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Maintenance Engineer at Tinker Airforce Base. In 2009, they joined Chesapeake Energy, initially working as a Regulatory Attorney before transitioning to the role of Environmental Manager from 2013 to 2018. Since 2018, Shyla has been with TAMKO, where they held positions including Corporate Environmental Affairs Manager and Assistant Director for EH&S. Currently, they serve as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at TAMKO.

Shyla Blackketter Dwyer attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their passion for law and enrolled at Oklahoma City University School of Law from 2006 to 2009. During their time there, Shyla earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD) and specialized in the field of Law School.
