Collin Masuhr, VCP, CPACC has a diverse work experience. Collin began their career in 2009 as a Cashier at Shoprite of, where they provided customer service and trained new hires and existing employees on the new computer register system. In 2011, they worked as a Field Engineer at Synaptyk, Inc., where they mapped client networks, ran a Fax location campaign, and took VOIP phone inventory, as well as printers and faxes. Also in 2011, they worked as a Computer/Network Technician for Independent IT Consulting. From 2012 to 2018, Collin worked for HOSTING in various roles, including Operations Trainer, Cloud Systems Administrator, Cloud Recovery Administrator, Recovery Services Administrator, and Recovery Services Technician. During this time, they evaluated the current training needs of the company to determine the need for additional programs, developed training tools for new products and systems, facilitated training, and set up and managed the known error database. Lastly, from 2018 to present, Collin has been the Training & Content Lead and Enterprise System Engineer at Tamman, Inc.

Collin Masuhr holds a Diploma in Computer Network Security from Anthem Institute/the Chubb Institute North, which they obtained in 2011. Collin also holds a High School Diploma from Spotswood High School, which they obtained in 2009. Collin has also obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization from VMware in 2017, ITIL Foundation v3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in 2021, MCSA: Cloud Platform from Microsoft in 2017, Exam 534: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions from Microsoft in 2017, and VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware in 2015.
