Sloan Miller has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and operations industry since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as a Chief Operating Officer at WoodRaven, LLC, where they served as a Startup Advisor, Operations Specialist, and Digital Strategist. In 2016, they moved to Tamman, Inc. as the VP of Partnership Operations and a Strategy Consultant and Advisor. In 2017, they joined AxoSim as an Operations Consultant and Advisor. In 2018, they became the Founding Executive Director of INNO. In 2019, they began working as an Operations Consultant and Advisor for Wetlands Sake. In 2020, they joined Pavilion as a Founding Operations Collective Member. In 2021, they began working for the New Orleans BioInnovation Center as a Programming and Partnerships Consultant. Finally, in 2022, they joined the Inter-American Committee on Ports (CIP) at the Organization of American States (OAS) as a Program and Partnership Advisor. In addition to their professional roles, Sloan Miller has also served as a Continuing Studies Instructor at The University of the Arts and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at The Idea Village.
Sloan Miller attended Union College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
