Felicia Sablan

Felicia Sablan is a seasoned professional in production operations, currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Production Operations at Tampa Bay Lightning since October 2016. In this role, Felicia oversees a team for game night direction, manages scheduling and payroll for event production staff, and acts as a content manager and liaison for Amalie Arena events. Felicia designs motion graphic animations, collaborates with various departments for event activation, and engages in developing new in-game content. Previous positions included Motion Graphics Coordinator and Assistant at Tampa Bay Lightning, and freelance roles at the University of South Florida, where Felicia operated cameras and supported production efforts for multiple athletic events. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
