Jonathan Valdez

Jonathan Valdez has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer relations within the sports industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Lightning Ticket Operations for the Tampa Bay Lightning since May 2016, Jonathan previously held the role of Manager of Lightning Ticket Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Season Ticket Services Specialist for the Tampa Bay Rays, where Jonathan developed and maintained strong relationships with season ticket accounts. Additionally, Jonathan managed ticketing operations for the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training and Dunedin Blue Jays, overseeing ticket sales and staff management. Jonathan began a career in sports with an internship in Community Relations for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Florida State University.
