Akshat Verma

Akshat Verma has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Akshat is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at TBO.COM since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Recur from August 2021. Akshat also founded their own company, a Stealth Mode Startup Company, where they served as the Founder/CTO from June 2021 to February 2023. Akshat was also a Portfolio CTO/EVP (contract) at Trilogy from June 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as the SVP at SplashLearn from October 2020 to June 2021. Akshat has also held various leadership positions at airtel and MakeMyTrip.com, where they played a key role in driving technological transformation and improving user experience. Akshat has a strong research background and has worked at IBM Research, India as a Research Manager & Senior Scientist, Master Inventor, and as a Research Staff Member. Akshat Verma completed their B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1996 to 2000. Akshat then pursued an M.S (R) in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2001 to 2004. In 2019, they completed an Executive Leadership program from INSEAD. Additionally, they hold a certification in Micro MBA.
