Garima Pant has extensive experience in customer experience and operations roles. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at TBO.COM since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Lead Business Process Expert - Digital Customer Experience at Philips from January 2022 to October 2022. From July 2019 to January 2022, Garima worked as the Associate Vice President of Customer Experience, Risk, and Operations at Junglee Games. Garima also held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Jabong from December 2017 to January 2019, where they focused on driving strategic initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. Before that, they served as the Retail Customer Experience Lead at Telenor from September 2015 to December 2017.
