Harledear Madjos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as Country Head and Deputy General Manager at TBO.COM since August 2020, Harledear has demonstrated expertise in managing operations and driving strategic initiatives. Previously, at Via Philippines Travel Corp. from May 2012 to August 2020, Harledear held the position of AVP- Head of Revenue, Business Development, and Corporate Sales, where a strong background in revenue generation and sales strategy was established.
