Ashley Gray

Ashley Gray is a professional with experience in community engagement and education, currently serving as the Coordinator of Community Engagement for the Tampa Bay Rays since February 2023. Previous roles include positions as a Community Engagement Intern and Community Engagement Ambassador, where responsibilities involved fundraising for charity raffles and educating fans. Ashley has a background in teaching as a 2nd Grade Teacher with Pasco County Schools and has held various customer service and bartending roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration focused on Sports Business and Social Media Marketing from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, Ashley has international study experience from the University of Salamanca and is a graduate of North Kingstown Sr. High School.
