Emmie Dolfi is an accomplished professional in baseball research and urban analytics, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Baseball Research and Development for the Tampa Bay Rays since May 2020. Dolfi’s expertise includes predictive modeling, project management, and staff development, with a focus on fielding research and defensive strategies. Prior to this role, Dolfi was affiliated with The Trust for Public Land from July 2015 to May 2020, where important contributions included leading major initiatives to create the organization's largest databases, ParkScore and ParkServe, and collaborating with cities to enhance equitable park access. Dolfi holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Geography from Colgate University and a Master of Arts in Applied Geospatial Techniques from The George Washington University.
