Victor Hagenbucher

Victor Hagenbucher has extensive experience in customer service and ticket sales within the sports industry, currently serving as Senior Coordinator for Ticket Sales at the Tampa Bay Rays since June 2017. Previous roles include providing premier guest relations at Raymond James Stadium for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and working as a Shift Brewer/Bartender at Four Stacks Brewing Co., where revenue was generated through strategic upselling and customer education. Earlier professional experiences also include assisting athletic ticket operations at Florida State University's ticket office and archival assistance at the FSU Institute on WWII & The Human Experience. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management and History from Florida State University.
