Althouse

Chad Althouse is an experienced professional in energy services and project management, currently serving as the Energy Services Regional Team Leader at Trane since 2009, where responsibilities include leading a technical services team focused on energy performance contracting. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Developer at Trane, Senior Project Manager at Larson Binkley, Project Manager at Environmental Mechanical Contractors, and Project Engineer at MAC Equipment. Chad serves in various capacities involving project management, engineering, and team leadership across multiple industries, including mechanical and electrical design, HVAC systems, and construction. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Construction Technology and Building Construction Technology from Fort Hays State University. Additionally, Chad served as a Section Chief in the Kansas Army National Guard, earning two Army Achievement Medals for exemplary service.
