Jason Emery

Jason Emery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and sales within the HVAC and refrigeration industries. Currently, Jason serves as the New England Area General Manager and Building Automation Systems General Manager at Trane, overseeing the BAS business across Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Prior to Trane, Jason held leadership roles at Hussmann, including Refrigeration Sales Leader and Territory General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales and operational management across the Southeast territory. Additionally, Jason's early career included strategic operations management at Ingersoll Rand as a Focus Factory Manager and Lean Leader. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
