Currently serving as Vice President/District General Manager at Trane since April 2007, Johnny oversees sales and operations for $330 million in commercial HVAC products and services across Texas, managing a team of 550 employees. Previously, Johnny held various leadership roles at Trane and General Electric, including managing regional sales teams and driving significant revenue across multiple districts. With a solid foundation from the US Navy as a Reactor Mechanical Division Officer and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Johnny is well-equipped to lead in high-stakes environments.
