Melinda Branum is an experienced professional with a robust background in scheduling and customer service. Currently serving as a Master Scheduler at Trane since October 2006, Melinda has advanced through various roles including Interim Master Scheduler, Production Scheduler, and OpEx Change Agent, supporting the Value Stream staff under the direction of the Value Stream Coach. Additionally, Melinda operates as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields, utilizing social marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales. Prior experience at USA Truck, Inc. involved leading a team of 12 employees in logistics management, overseeing outbound freight processing, and handling invoicing for third-party carriers. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Office Management Technology from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
