Penny Williams

Penny Williams is an experienced professional in health, environmental, safety, and security (HESS) leadership, currently serving as a Learning Consultant in EHS&S and the Southeast Region EHS Leader at Trane since October 2019. Previously, Penny held the position of Corporate HESS Leader at AGY from June 2008 to May 2019 and served as a Safety Manager at Shaw Industries. Additional experience includes managing environmental and safety initiatives at Charleston Marine Container, Inc., training management in the US Air Force Reserve, and weather specialization in the United States Air Force. Penny holds an M.B.A. and a bachelor's degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University, as well as associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Training Management and Weather Technology.
