Steven Markos

Steven Markos is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Universal Test Engineering Manager at Trane since September 2015, Steven oversees test hardware and software development and manages a team of engineers while providing support to a larger team in India. Steven's prior roles include North American CHVAC Laboratory Engineering Leader and Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Leader at Trane, as well as Test Engineering Manager at Benchmark Electronics and Product Operations Manager at Freescale Semiconductor. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Steven has demonstrated a commitment to process improvement and team leadership throughout a career spanning over two decades.
