Aaron Carter is an experienced instrumentation and controls technician currently employed at Tampa Bay Water since January 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a laboratory technician at CF Industries, focusing on quality control and safety procedures, and a tenure as a secondary science teacher in chemistry and physical science at Hillsborough County Public Schools, where Aaron Carter emphasized the scientific process to high school students. Aaron Carter earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of South Florida in 2007.
