Kshitij Parajuli, PhD, currently serves as a Water Resources System Engineer at Tampa Bay Water, a position held since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Post Doctorate Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where Kshitij focused on subsurface and groundwater flow modeling, and as a Research Hydrologist at Utah State University, where Kshitij developed soil moisture forecasting frameworks. Kshitij's expertise in water resources is complemented by engineering roles spanning hydropower project evaluations with Nepal Electricity Authority and project leadership with the Government of Nepal. Kshitij holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Utah State University, a Master’s in Water Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College.
