Laila Martin

Laila Martin is an experienced professional in the water management sector, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager and previously as Operations Support Manager at Tampa Bay Water since October 2016. Before this role, Laila held various positions at Seminole County Government from 2004 to 2015, including Field Operations Manager, Water Distribution Manager, SCADA Chief Operator, and Senior Water Plant Operator. Laila's career commenced at the City of Maitland from 1999 to 2004 as a Water Plant Operator. Laila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee State College.
