Stephen Foster has over 36 years of experience in environmental analysis and laboratory management. Currently serving as the Laboratory Manager at Tampa Bay Water since February 2003, Stephen supervises a team of six full-time employees and two co-op lab technicians, updates the LIMS database, acts as the Quality Assurance officer, and coordinates special projects. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Senior Environmental Analyst for the City of Tampa from June 1987 to February 2003 and worked as a Chemist at Thornton Analytical Laboratories from November 1986 to June 1987. Stephen Foster completed studies at the University of South Florida from 1972 to 1985.
