Our mission is to help entrepreneurs transform innovative ideas into real-world solutions & scalable businesses, thus fueling positive social & economic change in Tampa Bay and communities everywhere. In the last 10 years, we have supported 460 of the most innovative startups who collectively have raised over $700 million and created more than 4,200 jobs.
As Florida’s #1 Accelerator, Wave has built a successful track record that combines best practices of nationally recognized accelerators and incubators with strategic connections to existing regional entrepreneurship resources, mentors, capital, and other expertise in order to foster a highly cohesive innovation ecosystem. The Program and Operations Team at Tampa Bay Wave is responsible for designing and managing the accelerator programs, ensuring smooth daily operations of the Venture Center, and fostering relationships with mentors, investors, and key stakeholders.
