Aileen Muniz

Aileen Muniz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as a Credit Collections Analyst at Tampa Electric since April 2010, where Aileen actively contributes to the CE Transformation project by working with cross-functional teams to enhance processes. Aileen's previous roles at Tampa Electric include CE Product Owner, Coordinator Customer Experience Training, Credit and Collections Investigator, and Customer Engineering Representative. Prior to Tampa Electric, Aileen held various positions at Verizon, MACH, and Bay Gulf Credit Union, showcasing a strong background in customer service and client support. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of South Florida.
