Ashley LaMantia, PHR, CCEP currently holds the position of Manager HR Business Operations & Labor Relations at Tampa Electric since July 2015. Previously, Ashley worked at TECO Peoples Gas as a Supervisor Customer Care from October 2007 to July 2015. Ashley also gained experience as an Ethics & Compliance Specialist at Tampa Electric and as a Fundraising / Event Coordinating Intern at Florida State University. With a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing and Management Communication from Florida State University, Ashley also holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with Advertising minor from the University of Tampa.
