Bill Clement

Bill Clement has over two decades of experience in IT support and network systems management, currently serving as the Lead Desktop Support Analyst at Tampa Electric since February 1999, where Bill leads a service desk team supporting over 5000 internal staff and is recognized for multiple awards, including HDI Analyst Of The Year and "Internal Team Excellence". Prior to this, Bill held positions such as Messaging Administrator and Enterprise Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing messaging systems and collaborating with business teams to enhance operational processes. Earlier experience includes managing network systems at the PGA of America and providing computer support at Bethesda Memorial Hospital, demonstrating a strong foundation in network administration and technical support across various sectors.
