Carine Jean

Carine Jean is an experienced Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst at Tampa Electric, having served since November 2016. In this role, Carine provides resource staffing, scheduling analysis, and maintains contact center operations to support key goals for Tampa Electric and People Gas Company. Responsibilities include analyzing contact center performance metrics, developing resource schedules, and managing multi-channel contact flows.
