Ginain Grayes

Ginain Grayes, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Marketing/Communications Channel Management at Tampa Electric since June 2020 and holds the position of Advisory Board Member at rumbo cultural advertising since January 2021. Previously, Ginain was the Director of Marketing and General Manager at Linder Industrial Machinery Company from January 2018 to June 2020, and worked at edfluencer (J3 Company) from August 2016 to January 2020 as Head StoryTeller, Marketing Strategy Coach, and Consultant, focusing on helping leaders and organizations communicate effectively through digital channels. Additional experience includes roles at Hillsborough County Public Schools as Department Manager of Strategic Marketing & Social Media and as Marketing & Communications Specialist/Team Leader, alongside positions such as Diversity Chair for the American Advertising Federation Tampa and Senior Graphic Designer at Ring Power Corporation. Ginain earned an M.B.A. in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.F.A. in Advertising Design from the International Academy of Design.
