Marian Cacciatore

Marian Cacciatore is currently the VP of HR at Tampa Electric Company. Marian has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management.

Marian began their career as an HR Generalist for CIRCOR International, Inc. Marian quickly rose through the ranks and became the Global HR Leader for the company. In this role, Marian was responsible for leading a team of HR Generalists who supported multiple engineering and manufacturing sites. Her priorities included employee culture/engagement and change management.

In 2017, Marian left CIRCOR to join Maxar Technologies as their Global HR VP. At Maxar, Marian was responsible for leading the Talent Management strategy and execution during a time of significant organizational change and transformation. Marian began their role at Maxar supporting engineering & manufacturing sites in Palo Alto before transitioning to the Global Talent Management role.

Marian is currently the VP of HR at Tampa Electric Company. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the company.

Marian Cacciatore has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Rollins College, a HR Analytics Course from Cornell Executive Education, a 2009 Executive Coaching - Post graduate Certificate from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and a BA in Business Administration from University of South Florida.
