Rachel Roman has been with Tampa Electric since November 2004, holding various management positions in different departments such as Credit & Collections, Customer Experience Training, and Customer Services Business Systems. Rachel is currently the Manager CE Policy, Procedure & Compliance, where Rachel is responsible for the strategic direction and process efficiency related to customer service for both Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas customers. Rachel is also the lead for CRM Billing and Rates team. Rachel graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business in 2003.
