Tiffany Bornfleth

Tiffany Bornfleth has extensive experience in project communications and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Project Communications Coordinator at Tampa Electric since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked at TECO Energy from September 2013 to April 2020 as the Coordinator of Assessment and Organizational Development, as well as the Tuition Assistance Program Coordinator. Tiffany's career began at TECO Peoples Gas as a Customer Service Representative from March 2007 to March 2010, followed by various roles at Tampa Electric, including Lead Administrative Assistant and Program Support Assistant. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Saint Leo University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hillsborough Community College.
