Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Tampa Family Health Centers is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and professional development. Led by the Chief Of Staff/Chief Human Resources Officer, the team includes roles such as Corporate Trainer, Sr. Human Resources Business Consultant, Human Resources Generalists, and a Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr. Provider Recruiter. They work collaboratively to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment that aligns with the health center's mission to provide quality healthcare services.
