Michelle Bauer

Michelle Bauer, CEcD is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council. Previously, Michelle held the position of VP Marketing Communications at Common Language and Director at The Luxury Marketing Council. Michelle also worked as a Partner at Sextant Marketing Group and as the Interim Executive Director of Marketing, Communications, and Strategic Planning at Catalina Marketing. Prior to that, Michelle served as the Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and was an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Florida. Michelle holds a MA and BA in English from the University of South Florida and an AAS in Advertising & Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
