Joan Lau

Joan Lau is the Director of Finance at REACHUP, INC., a non-profit organization focused on reducing infant mortality in poorer urban areas of Tampa. Prior to this role, Joan worked as a Sr Grant Accountant at TAMPA HOUSING AUTHORITY, overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program. With experience as a Finance Director at Paco County Housing Authority and Elkhart Housing Authority, Joan has a strong background in accounting functions and grants management. Joan holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Ball State University.
