Barbara Carnevale Grilli CPPO, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, C.P.M. serves as the Procurement Director at Tampa International Airport, responsible for managing non-capital procurements and ensuring process quality for the Hillsborough Aviation Authority. With extensive experience in public procurement, Barbara previously held the role of Procurement Manager for the City of St. Petersburg, where the department received multiple awards for excellence. Additional roles include Purchasing Manager at Teleflex, Senior Buyer positions at both Smiths Aerospace (now GE Aviation) and Honeywell Process Solutions, and Buyer at MTS Sintech and Eaton Electrical. Barbara is actively involved with the Leadership St Petersburg Alumni Association as a member of the Board of Directors. Education includes a degree in Business from the University of Florida and participation in Leadership St Pete.
