Jose Humberto Covarrubias Rocha

Jose Humberto Covarrubias Rocha currently serves as the BIM/CAD Manager at Tampa International Airport, a position held since January 2019, responsible for advancing CAD and BIM capabilities within the Authority. Previous experience includes an Architectural Associate role at Bullock Tice Associates and serving as an adjunct professor focusing on CAD-BIM-GIS at Pensacola State College. Jose's expertise in CAD and GIS was further developed during tenures at Dell Consulting and BP, where work included significant contributions as a GIS Analyst during the MC-252 oil spill incident.
