Laurie Noyes

Laurie Noyes is currently the VP, Concessions, Commercial Parking & Ground Transportation at Tampa International Airport. Laurie has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on shopping center management. Laurie began their career as a Senior General Manager at Westfield Brandon, where they were responsible for the strategic planning, contract management, lease enforcement, capital and operational budgeting, forecasting, and marketing and operations of a 1.1 million sq ft shopping center with over 180 retailers.

During their time at Westfield Brandon, Laurie successfully oversaw a temporary leasing program that generated new revenue while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Laurie also developed and maintained relationships with retailers to uphold store standards, partner for business success, and resolve complaints. Laurie was instrumental in leading training on company operational policies and procedures for General Managers not performing well on annual audits. As a result of their efforts, the shopping center achieved the highest rating on annual audits for 5 years.

In 2012, Laurie left Westfield Brandon to take on the role of Manager of Concessions at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (HCAA). In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the concessions program at Tampa International Airport, including procurement, budgeting, staffing, and operations. During their time at HCAA, Laurie built trusting and profitable relationships with vendors to procure outstanding products and service for the airport’s passengers. Laurie also successfully transitioned two newly acquired assets into the HCAA portfolio.
