Smitha Radhakrishnan

Smitha Radhakrishnan currently serves as the Chief Development Officer - EVP of Planning & Development and Maintenance at Tampa International Airport since February 2024. Radhakrishnan has held prominent leadership roles at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, including Vice President of Planning and Assistant Vice President of Program Management from 2012 to February 2024. Additionally, Radhakrishnan serves on the Board of Directors for the Sammons Center For The Arts and the Construction Management Association of America, as well as the Greater Dallas Planning Council. Professional experience includes Development Manager at Servitas and Preconstruction Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction. Radhakrishnan holds a Master of Science in Construction Administration from the University of Oklahoma, alongside various certifications from Harvard Business School and Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
