The Human Resources team at Tampa Maid is responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing payroll, implementing HR policies, and supporting talent acquisition and development. Led by the Senior Director of Human Resources, the team ensures a positive work environment and compliance with labor laws. The Payroll Specialist handles employee compensation, while the Human Resources Generalist II assists with benefits administration, training programs, and general HR support.
