Megan Woods

Megan Woods has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan currently works as a Course Development Manager at Tampa School of Real Estate and has been in this role since January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions as a Student Success Manager and Course Development Specialist at the same company, starting in August 2020 and October 2019 respectively. Megan also served as an Academic Advisor at Tampa School of Real Estate from February 2018 to February 2022.

In 2019, Megan joined EPIC Realty Group International Inc. as a Transaction Coordinator, where they continue to work.

Before their time at Tampa School of Real Estate and EPIC Realty Group International Inc., Megan worked as a Captionist at CapTel Service Specialists from 2017 to December 2018. Megan also gained experience as a Career Services Advisor at Ultimate Medical Academy from August 2016 to August 2017.

Megan's earliest work experience was as a Concessions Supervisor at Aramark, where they worked from October 2012 to July 2016.

Megan Woods completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of South Florida from 2013 to 2015. Megan obtained several additional certifications, including the "2020 'Five Star' Certificate of Excellence" from Broker★Agent Advisor, the "Certified Looper" certification from dotloop in July 2021, and the "Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent" certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in August 2019. Megan also received the "2021 'Five Star Certificate of Excellence in Real Estate'" from Broker★Agent Advisor.
