Aino-Maija Vaskelainen

Aino-Maija Vaskelainen is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the areas of business data, AI, and logistics. As the Business Owner and CEO of Tosia Oy since September 2021, Aino-Maija facilitates outdoor workshops and events through a concept known as "metsäfasilitointi," which was established in 2019. Previous roles include Head of Business Data & AI at Gofore, Facilitator at Valla Outdoors, and Program and Project Management Professional at Graniitti Services, where Aino-Maija focused on change management and organizational development. Aino-Maija has also held positions in ERP project management and logistics analysis at Kemira, contributing to global processes and implementations. Aino-Maija holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Company Communication and Business Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
