Aparna Sukumar is a seasoned Food Technologist with a professional background at Tampico Beverages since June 2014. Prior experiences include roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Food Analysis at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and various internship positions ranging from product development at Nouveau Medicament to on-site training in oil processing and milk production. With a Professional Masters in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Anna University, Aparna has developed expertise in food analysis, nutrition, quality control, and sensory evaluation throughout a diverse and dynamic career in the food industry.
