Prior to MathWorks, they had experience as a Business Intelligence Developer at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center-Informatics, where they developed and maintained internal content management systems and performed data mining and reporting using SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services. Kruthika also had an internship as a Business Intelligence Intern at Larsen and Toubro InfoTech, where they created a dashboard using SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server.

Kruthika V. has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. Kruthika completed their undergraduate studies from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Their graduate studies took place from 2009 to 2011.
