Lari Karjula

Lari Karjula has extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and medical advisory roles. Since June 2015, Lari has been a member of the management team at Hälsa, focusing on individual and organizational self-leadership coaching. In addition, Lari serves as an Advisor on the Tamro Medical Advisory Board and has authored a book on understanding and managing burnout. Lari's past experiences include working as a Business Director at Lääkäriasema Hälsa, where responsibilities included overseeing healthcare services, and as a Salesman at Tulevaisuuden Kasvupolut Oy, specializing in sales and management development for growing SMEs. Lari has also taught courses on well-being and self-awareness at the University of Oulu. Lari holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oulu and additional education from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
