Sari Noukkala

Sari Noukkala is an experienced professional in customer experience and service design, currently serving as Asiakaskokemuspäällikkö at Tamro Finland since June 2022. Prior roles include Service Director and Head of Customer Relationship Experience Development at LähiTapiola, where Sari Noukkala contributed to significant advancements in customer experience from February 2012 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as kehittämispäällikkö at Tapiola-ryhmä from May 2000 to January 2012. Sari Noukkala holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Åbo Akademi University and has pursued multiple executive education programs at Aalto University, specializing in service design. Sari Noukkala is also a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and has a strong background in business development and customer relationship management.
